Our booth setup is quite flexible. We typically require a space of about 8x8 feet for the booth, props table, and backdrop. However, we can accommodate smaller or larger spaces depending on your venue. 

Absolutely! We can customize your photo templates to match your event’s theme, including your logo, event name, or special message. We also have a variety of backdrop options, and we can create custom backdrops upon request. 

Yes, you will be able to get digital pictures at the event time and you'll receive the digital album of all the photos within 24-48 hours after your event. We’ll send you a link to download them, and you can share them with your guests as well. 

Yes, we can set up our photo booth outdoors as long as there’s access to power and the area is sheltered from direct sunlight, rain, or strong wind. If you’re planning an outdoor event, we’ll work with you to find the best spot! 

We arrive 1-2 hours before your event to ensure everything is set up and tested before guests arrive. Our setup time is usually 45-60 minutes depending on the complexity of the booth. 

In the event of inclement weather, we will work with you to reschedule your rental for a different date or time. If rescheduling is not possible, we offer a refund or credit for a future rental.

You can make changes to your rental order up to 48 hours before your event date. Changes made within 48 hours may be subject to a fee.
